We want to do something really special this winter, after a rough but rewarding year. Just the wife and me, about 6-7 days at a lux all inclusive in Costa Rica. Day trips to see the sights, mornings and evenings on the beach. Willing to pay for the best, but don't know sh*t from sh&nola about resorts. Recommendations?
