Posted this on the MB and an epic fail on my part in doing so but need advice.

So I have an old ex who is going through a divorce and was hoping that some of you might be able to shed some light on a couple of questions (and no I'm not involved with her). She has a temporary order issued by the Judge that was in effect until their mediation was completed. They completed mediation but both parties never came to an agreement and the Judge is issuing a final judgement at the end of this month.

Questions-
(1) If either side enters in new evidence do they have to provide the other party a copy of such evidence?
(2) Would it be advisable that she request proactively copies from her soon to be ex of any such evidence being submitted?
(3) Since they weren't able to come to an agreement in mediation how likely is the Judge to make the temporary order permanent?

The guy she's divorcing has refused to provide her any assistance during the time they've been separated and is refusing to give her one dime or any of their assets they accrued during their time together. He was in a motorcycle accident and has been a quadriplegic since and is wanting full custody of their kids but can't even wipe his own arse. Before any judgement is passed she took care of him for over 4 years until he became so verbally abusive it was time for her to move on and make herself the priority. Any advise/answers would be much appreciated, thank you.

Also, she has no lawyer as the little money she borrowed has already been burned through by her attorney. Probably a stupid question but at this late stage in the process should she pursue to get an attorney? Again thanks for any feedback.
