I have been on a few and recently bought a house in Arkansas after 5 years of spending 20-30 days a season there. Signed a lease agreement on 2 fields with a chance to get more if I want them.
Just wondering if I should stay with a smaller group of ppl in the $2500-3000 yr range or have more ppl and do $1500 yr with ppl that'll help me work and get stuff done. I've seen the benefits of both sides. Thoughts? Anyone interested?
