This is a bit of a long read. Let's preface this with I'm a 25 year old male about 200 pounds 5'9". So a little overweight but not obese at least that's how I feel could be wrong. Anyways 2.5 months ago I had a binge drinking night out after eating hot wings and woke up with slight chest discomfort. Didn't go away for a couple days and I went to the ER on Labor Day where they ran an EKG, chest X-Ray and blood work. All came back ok and they said it was acid reflux. Prescribed me 20mg Pepcid for 10 days and said have a follow up. Took the Pepcid no real relief but I didn't stop completely drinking at the time but definitely cut back significantly on alcohol and cokes. Well a couple weeks later I tried to schedule a follow up but I was a new patient and moving so they told me to take nexium and find a doctor up at my new place. Well I took nexium and finally got a doctor up here about 3.5 weeks after that. Nexium helped just a little but not much but at this point I completely changed my diet and haven't had any alcohol. Let me also mention I had been sleeping on the couch since I was in the process of moving at my parents place and my new place for a total of about a month or so. And after a week at my new work this is the first week of July I had some shoulder ache along with back pain. I told the doctor and based on what I was doing nothing at work and how I slept I guess he assumed it wasn't that much of a concern. Well he prescribed me 40 mg Prilosec to help treat the chest pain from reflux. This has helped the chest pain as it appears every now and then but not like before, but after a week of taking it my arm started feeling weak/numb and progressively got worse. Was going to call the doctor this morning but his office is closed. Also over the past 2 weeks my left arm and right arm have fallen asleep when I'm asleep along with my right leg. I'm also having slight neck ache/tightness aches in the back and gets tight next to my trachea. Yesterday I had a brief chest pain just left of my breast bone. This morning I had a very brief one that once it went away my arm felt better for a short period of time but it's back to weird numbness feeling. My back gets tight and achy at times and ever since I moved up here I've been able to Pop my upper back with ease.

I don't have any family history of heart disease. No shortness of breath. I don't smoke. Like i said before I drank alcohol and didn't eat perfect but this arm stuff just recently originated so idk if it's something that needs to be dealt with now or can wait until my appointment this Tuesday?
