So the old mower is on the fritz and rather than keep throwing money at it, I'm thinking just pull the trigger and get a new one.Yard is about a 1/2 acre, flat in the back and maybe a 1/3 acre with a slight slope in front. Old mower is push and it's a total pain. I've been wanting to get a self propelled but was planning to wait until it absolutely had to be replaced, which I think is now.

I don't pretend to know a ton about mowers, but I know the wife wants me to start bagging so we don't have cut grass all over the yard. Not doing any mulching, but would like the feature. Mainly just want a smooth, easy to operate mower that isn't going to need a ton of maintenance and give me headaches with upkeep.

I'm leaning towards the Husqvarna as it looks a bit nicer (plus it's orange), but I don't know as much about the brand as Craftsman. I know some on here are much more knowledgeable about this stuff, so any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Here are my options:
Husqvarna HU700H 160cc 3 yr. warranty - Can get this for $300 or less on sale at my local Lowe's.
