Thought I'd bring our neighbor issue to the board to see what you think. Basically we have neighbors on one side who are seldom seen or heard. Almost never outside and hardly make any noise. They are a younger couple probably around 30. All good things in my book LOL. The problem is he just opened a gate from his fence and dumped all his leaves into the wooded part of our yard. It is a pretty good stack of leaves. From looking at the plat maps, it looks like the property line would be in our favor with maybe a foot or 2 at most the could be considered his on our side of his fence. Here's my deal, if he'd asked, good chance I would have said sure just please spread them out evenly. But, he didn't. I can't imagine just chunking something over the fence without addressing it before hand. The Mrs. is percolating LOL. Would you let it go, rip him a new one, or somewhere in between?
