I had never seen Keith Whitley's debut of his classic "Don't Close Your Eyes" until someone shared it on this board a while back.
Man, this performance was perfection. It was such a huge moment for him as I think he was known mostly in bluegrass circles up until this moment. I've probably watched this performance 100 times since I first saw it a month or so ago on this board.
