I’m a typical “bro split” guy, it’s what works for me. Rotation of chest, back and bi, shoulders and tri, and legs. Always mix in cardio and abs.

Just trying to get opinions on how you lift multiple muscle groups. For instance on back and bi, so you alternate back and bi workouts, or do you do all back then all bi? I typically alternate, and it probably doesn’t matter, just looking for opinions.
