Small condo community with a community pool. Average age of residents is easily 65+. Few college aged kids living with their parents and one set of teenagers living with their parents. My kids are 11 & 8 but there are no restrictions on kids living here or visiting
Only rules of the pool are no kids between 5-7 pm for “adult swim” which we have always obeyed. Literally if 5 other people swim during the week & weekend it would be a record, my kids basically have the pool to themselves the entire summer. Even when there is nobody there we abide by the rules
Tonight after dinner, we took the kids swimming. Around 7:30, they were playing tag in the pool & jumping in & out. They were making noise that kids make who are playing chase & splashing around
A lady who could not see the pool from her balcony but is close enough to hear most everything yelled at my kids to “stop screaming” then went inside
How would you have reacted if that happened to your kids?
