OT: I caved and bought a blackstone griddle

Only the Mrs and I most of the time so got the small 22 inch 2 burner with a table. Will go with my 10yr plus old BGE. Looking forward to some new options for outside cooking. Hopefully the VQ chefs will have some good tips. GBO.
