I’m hoping someone on here can help me out. Long story short. I am a single dad to twins. On my 2016 tax returns they audited me. They asked for specific informative n that I sent them in September. Get a letter today that it was good enough and to pay the adjusted amount or send in info again. I sent them exactly what they asked for and still can’t get the money I am owed. This has been over a year process. I just don’t understand what more I can do. Does anyone have any advice? I am beyond pissed and frustrated at this point. I’m a single dad struggling to do what’s right.
