OT: Need a good dinner spot in Ktown tonight..... Im drawing a blank

I like in the Knoxville area and wife wants to go somewhere different for dinner.... Steak, etc.... is there a place out there that is a must go that is not a mainstream place? We have done Ruths Chris, Ye Ole, Lonesome Dove, FMC, etc.. Anything out there that is a must go?
