I have some friends that are moving up from FL and looking for a new or nice place in Knoxville.....preferably in west knoxville or in the downtown area. It doesn't have to be luxurious or anything, but the newer the better. He will be working at the UT Medical Center, and her profession will enable her to get a job anywhere.
