Experienced lifter with decent form, strong core muscles, etc...

I was lifting a weight yesterday afternoon that is decently easy for reps (265x5) for me (I'm 165 lbs). As soon as I got in the bottom position and pulled everything in to execute the lift, I felt something just kinda pop/give out and knew the feeling. I've had it before and tend to overextend (rather than round) my back, usually at the top of the deadlift, or an RDL.

So, I've experienced this before, but never this bad. Can't stand up straight/in extension. There's no pain when I'm lying down (for the most part). Walking around with a cane. No issues with incontinence or anything like that.

My guess is a herniated/slipped disc, but I have no idea. Usually it takes a few days and I'm better, but this time is much more severe, but, it is the "same" feeling of being unable to stand up straight/extend myself. Any thoughts?
