So we didn't get the news were hoping for but we will not be 100% sure for another 24 hours.
What we do know is that the MRI of the brain showed abnormal areas that they believe is due to the meds that he was taking or his blood pressure being high at that time.
The lower back MRI shows there is a compression fracture of the vertebra, which has been the cause of his pain.(we will come back to this)
His chest MRI is what concerns them. There is a mass in his lower left lung. They believe that this may be a deeper cause if the lower back. Why? They believe that this mass, if cancer has spread.
The compression fracture is not consistent with someone falling or having an accident. It is more consistent with a pathological nature basically meaning is that they believe it to be in his bones if test prove they are correct about the mass in his lung.
Asking my fellow Vol brothers to pray...my dad is a proud man and he barely knows I am here right now...tough day...
