Need advice for good pain relief(pain killers are not an option)
Been bed ridden since Friday. I managed to get ride to ortho clinic yesterday and they think it’s a herniated disc that is inflamed and pinching a nerve. How can I get the pain to subside. Any help is appreciated and I don’t wish this on my worst enemy. Im 39 and never experienced pain like this.
