We can make it through the regular season with our deficiencies, but in the tournament, teams and coaches are good enough to capitalize on our deficiencies. Our post play seems like it is a problem every year. Michigan was able to swarm the three point shooters because they didn’t have to worry about our bigs. That seems to be a pattern to me. I think Barnes made good adjustments yesterday, but as a team, we had areas that were easier to exploit. Putting a complete team together is where we struggle IMO. I posted earlier in the year that we needed a fall back plan when we aren’t getting shots, meaning we need an inside presence. Another poster said we are what we are and mentioned the GS Warriors. The difference is the Warriors don’t go home if they have a bad shooting night. It’s not single elimination for them.

What say you?
