my wife said "will you teach me how to shoot a gun"? There has been an up tick in crime recently, mostly home invasions, however we live in a very secure place. I told her that using a gun is something one must take very seriously and that I would think about it.
I don't think I will teach her myself because she doesn't take any kind of criticism from me with any grace at all. I called the owner of the firing range that I go to occasionally, the old boy is a retired marine. I figured that if he could teach her in his gruff manner without her shooting him or me, that might be the best approach.
