"Senior linebacker Daniel McMillian is "still banged up and probably very, very questionable to doubtful" to play Saturday, per McElwain. McMillian suffered a high ankle sprain in against UMass in the season-opener but has played through it. Without McMillian, Florida would be short on some depth at linebacker, with freshman linebacker Jeremiah Moon (thumb) already sidelined. Redshirt freshman Kylan Johnson (leg) missed Monday's practice but is expected to play this weekend. Florida's depth chart listed him as the second-string strongside linebacker behind McMillian."

So their SLB is unlikely to play. His original backup (Moon) is out. And his current backup (Johnson) is a RFr with very few snaps, who is also banged up and was actually the original backup WLB. They also have basically no depth other than one TFr behind Davis and Analzone. So in-game injuries here could play a factor as well.

Now, they could possibly play a lot of Nickel, negating the need for the SLB. But I wonder/hope if Debord could scheme them up a bit and either make them pay in the run game for playing Nickel OR exploit Johnson if they choose to play 3 LBs.
