I realize you're not the technical team...but I trust you can help me ... or at least lead me in the right direction.... I somehow accidentally added the Tennessee high school package in addition to Volquest and despite 7-8 different attempts to cancel that subscription .... I've found their is a loop hole in the format for cancelling my subscription....in other words... it's incredibly easy to add and pay and incredibly hard(impossible) to cancel
.... I'm at the point of wanting to cancel all of my rivals affiliation altogether!
Per directions from the rivals page...
I've carried out all the necessary steps and find that there is no "chat" in which to discuss my desire to cancel my subscription.... would you do me the favor of trying to go the necessary steps yourself and see if you have the same problem?? What would you suggest??
