I know gout is the GQ ailment of choice, however I have had plantar fasciitis for 3-4 months, and I feel it deserves a thread of its own. It's pretty dang painful, and I have had a hard time achieving total recovery. Let me know the GQ recommendations for kicking this aggravating condition.
