Just gonna make a positive thread to help balance out the litany of negative ones at the moment (Butch's Assistants mostly all suck, we're losing recruits to Kentucky, we can't tie our shoes, we're constipated, and our pets heads are falling off).
I love the fickleness of Sports, Recruiting, etc. One Big Guy comes in, Trey Smith, Butch is the man. We lose a pretty modest/average guy, Corker, to Kentucky (who is taking his cousin to get a pretty modest/average guy) and Butch sucks. Had UT agreed to take Corker and his Cousin as a package, the same people bashing Butch right now would be bashing him that he made such a terrible decision (I probably would've been one of them). One pendulum or the other.
I've enjoyed showing a lot of this nonsense today to my friends, so I do appreciate some of you, even if I disagree.
Just a reminder that UT Football will be okay, it's not gonna die off, and if Butch doesn't get it done, he'll be replaced by someone else. If that guy doesn't get it done, he'll be replaced too. It's not all great right now, but we were a few plays away from being a 10 win team and a few plays away from being a 6 win team. Enjoy the ride!
Lastly, I hope most of you all had a better Christmas than the sourness of the majority of these threads is showing.
