This is just a what if because I know someone that is having this issue.

A local employer (not me) is getting ready to call people back to work this week. They have been paying said employees full pay.

Now one of the employees is making demands saying they are not coming back unless, this, that. Bottom line is they don't want to come back and are making demands that cost the company money that they have no reasonable expectation to meet.

I do not know if they did or did not take a PPP loan but if they did and this person refuses to come back will that then breach one of the PPP agreements? I mean if they don't come back then they quit right? They won't get the unemployment and the extra 600 a week either right?

I have no idea if they plan on letting them quit or not.

I just thought this was interesting and wonder if there would be any consequences if they took a PPP loan.
