Anyone else have chronic problems with their neck and shoulders? I work a desk job, but I'm pretty active and work out about 5 days a week. Do a lot of stretching, too.
My shoulders have always been pretty weak. I've recently been focusing on them more when lifting, but damn they are pretty painful at times.
Anyone ever gotten a deep tissue massage and did it help? Any other suggestions?
