The Gonzalez kid pitched 7.1 IP. Was that the longest outing any opposing SP has gone against us this season? He pitched very well I thought. He was extremely efficient. Stayed ahead of our hitters almost all day. Even though he gave up 3R in the 1st, he still got out of that with very few pitches thrown.
