I'm not going to question your ratings on either Dobbs or Sutton, I think you've been clear that you're comfortable with where Rivals had them ranked. On both Sutton and Dobbs, you said they've outplayed their ranking. So my question is, how would you rate Butch and staff on
1. Spotting talent
2. Developing players once they've committed to the program
Personally, I think this may be the best attribute of the coaching staff to date. Turning Kendall Vickers into the starting DT has been one hell of a story. Tack on Moseley and his development, Corey Vereen as a 3 star LB (#61 in Florida) and now a starting DE, and I think we've gone from not developing talent at all, to being a place where talent and potential is maximized.
