Very few are forced to battle through tough times and stick it out. Helicopter parents, etc. have killed this generation. It's not necessarily the fault of the millenial generation. A lot of the blame goes at the feet of the parents. If Suzie or Jimmy aren't getting their way, it's time to quit.
