Being a boarder state I have never understood why Virginia wasn't higher on Tennessee's recruiting list. There are no other SEC schools that you have to compete with and state is always loaded with talent. Over last five years Virginia Tech and UVA have lost their stronghold on the state as most of the top players have headed elsewhere. This year 19 of the rivals top 25 left the state.

I assume we could have had 4 of top 25 if Gaddy brothers didn't have grade issues. Still feel landing one of the top 10 should be in our reach as FSU, Michigan, Clemson and PSU seem to do every year.
