Did anybody hear him about 15 minutes ago? He greatly dislikes the neutral site game (and I 100% agree) and just cannot understand why colleges are doing this and taking away from the campus experience.
He talked about how great it would be for AL to visit Wisconsin and vice versa.
I live north of Birmingham and about 2 hours from Nashville/4 hours from Knoxville. I haven't missed a home opener since 1997 inside TN, but I just don't have any interest in going to watch us play in non-college stadium. I went in '02 against WYO and it was not what I would call a good atmosphere. I have bought season tickets for going on 20 years and I'll always be at Neyland, but I hope this fad for neutral site games goes away.
I wish we played in Blacksburg next year and they came to Knoxville too.
I REALLY wish we would pick back up a home and home with Notre Dame...THAT was a fun place to go see a game.
