Why is Rivals notoriously low on recruits? They have a very good Sham Umarov and Stanton Ramil a 3 star while TOS has them a 4 star. Also they have Chandavian Bradley an unbelievable 4 star and he should be a 5 star all day long. You can tell somewhat what they should be rated by the long list of offers from big time schools which these recruits certainly have. Sometimes this is explained away by saying that...oh they'll be updated later. But really they need to get it corrected NOW!
