To have a Saturday home game at 2 PM on ESPN against a very good team coming off a huge home win over Kentucky and have about 30 students at the game. That is embarrassing.
I am sure the coaches, and know for a fact, that players are pissed.
Is the marketing department doing a dang thing? You can do shirts, themes, giveaways, free food etc. Thousands of students on campus with nothing to do... unreal. No excuse because you can sleep in and still do your thing at night.
This team has played its butt off and its not like the product is bad or boring basketball.
Example- coming to the Miss State game last Saturday. It was 5:40 and tip was at 6 PM. Pass the outdoor frat basketball courts and about 15 guys playing pick up. My buddies and are were shocked they weren't going to the game.
