Rob, can we retain Al Pinkins? That seems to be key to me.

I actually made this post yesterday, but then decided it was in poor taste while we still had a head guy.

If we can keep Pinkins, I almost think we might stand a chance to have at least a little continuity on the recruiting side of things.
