I saw this in an ESPN article and wasn't aware of this change --
In August 2013 the folks in Indy amended their rules to stipulate that "a head coach is presumed to be responsible for the actions of all assistant coaches and administrators who report, directly or indirectly, to the head coach."
Will this rule change play a big part in Coach T's case? Do you know what the time frame of the events being investigated, i.e. 2012-2014? Thanks.
