Also, the NCAA seems to be investigating some academic stuff for the basketball program at USM. Didn't the NCAA already investigate some academic scandal involving the tennis team at that school? and if so, and it is deemed the basketball program also participated in the academic scandal wouldn't that be more of a school issue instead of a coach/Tyndall issue? or does it still fall back on Tyndall because he is the overseer of the program?
