@Rob Lewis , now that it's over, can you shed any light on what went wrong for Tennessee and Kasongo? Was it lack of skills, lack of ability to pick up the scheme, mismatch of personalities, all of the above? How quickly was it evident it wasn't going to work out?
Have to think him washing out really distorted recruiting as they might not have gotten to this point without a good answer in the post had they known Kasongo would be out after a year.
