Life in Russia is going on as normal, a country that borders both China and Europe. Tons of Chinese in Russia as well and plus the colder weather should have expedited the virus but nothing. Why? Putin tells the governing bodies of this world to stick it that’s why... How do you explain we need to shut down the country and Russia who is right next to China hasn’t even noticed this virus exist??? I’ll hang up and listen.
