In reading the War Room, it sounds like the 85 scholarship limit stays in place next year but returning seniors don’t count against it. Doesn’t that just kick the can down the road for a year? It seems to me that schools would continue to have the issues with numbers until this years freshman class finishes eligibility. This year does not count for anyone, not just seniors. Did I misunderstood the way this year is being handled? What am I missing here?
