Better have a dirty and unreasonable buy-out clause in it from the employee's side. We are taking a huge leap of faith with him and now Butch is officially dangling his own job over a cliff, if this does turn out to be a great hire we better make sure he's not at Ohio State or FSU in a couple years if a top 5 team comes looking for the hot new OC on the block.
