SIAA: Why was there no review on the SC fumble on 1st and goal

Was it that obvious that the fumble came after he was down? ESPN never showed a replay so you could tell if it was a fumble or not. I didn't see the ball come out, so I have no idea if it was a good call or not. Seems to me if there is any question it should be reviewed.
