Just found this on the tMB. It is a 78 page report from NCAA in response to UNC's response to the LOA. They are not happy with UNC. Poster over there advised to read pages 6, 9,10 and they do sound pretty harsh towards UNC. NCAA actually sounds pretty pissed at how UNC tries to blame them (NCAA) for not finding the African Studies chit in the previous investigation. They didn't like that at all. Read and enjoy. Maybe, just maybe they are gonna hammer UNC and of course next up would be Ole Piss and the Rev.
