What legal recourse does he have against the accuser? I mean, I'm happy he's back in time for the season, etc. and I'm sure he is too. But, there has to be some accountability for the accuser in this situation, ESPECIALLY when it is as serious as sexual assault.
It's not right, but there will be some level of a stigma that will stay with Pearson forever on this. He should get his justice as well.
