Look I get he vetted him etc

But, the guy thinks he is the smartest person in the room, acting like he needs no ones help with his hires, he backed his way into the Jones hire and got very fortunate.

Basketball has a lot of moving parts, things people will tell a search committee and not tell an AD or his "team" he put together.

I love when Hart says he called other AD's - Like they want to see TN be successful in basketball.

When he said this during the Dooley firing, it made me lose a lot of respect for the guy

"People should have an opinion," he said. "I know I have a job to do. I have a level of expertise and level of information that no one else has."

Well I guess not. Hart should be held accountable, not saying he should be fired, but his decision not to go through a process (hiring a search firm) that most major college choose to go with may have cost our university millions of dollars and at least two more years of crappy basketball.

He was his hire, he is the boss, Hart deserves some heat for this situation.
