What makes him the maddest / most upset is
1. Respect for the game and it's players. We saw this with Isiah not shaking hands. We also see it with Krause thinking the organization is as important as the players. He despises Isiah.
2. Not being willing to work hard, be tough and get ready to "fight" for a title. He thought of himself as a great teammate and the leader. It was clear at the end of episode 7 that it hurt him if his teammates didn't like him or thought of him as a tyrant bc everything he did was for the team to win a title and he didn't ask them to do anything that he didn't do and even more
