My vote is to scrap the Neyland renovations. Commit $20M/yr for 5 years for a coaching staff and check the ROI. We can't compete with Bama, OSU, Michigan, etc running things on the cheap. No money is better spent in CFB than top to bottom coaching staff. If we aren't willing to make the big commitment in that area then we are forever doomed to be a middle of the pack football program.
