First off, I thought these first 7 eps were incredible and can’t wait to watch part 2. Stop reading if you don’t want spoilers.
So Eleven opened the gate and essentially “created” Vecna when she sent 001 to the upside down. But the whole reason Owens went to find her and they were training her in the Nevada facility was because some kids had already been killed by Vecna back in Hawkins. And I understand the “12 hours earlier” notice in the episode where they drive out to the secret location in Nevada, but the murders in Hawkins happen over a period of days, not hours.
Someone tell me what I’m missing.
