Our close-proximity rivals are getting stronger and stronger. Our best years have come when UGA was down, Bama was down, Clemson was down.

Between UGA and Bama, I think you can just go ahead and mark down 6 or 7 losses over the next 4 years. So for the new staff, the margin for error against every other team is tiny.

The only good news I can find is that FSU is out-recruiting UF, which is good for us. Also USCe doesn't appear to be gaining strength.

So mark down learning #1 about this staff. They may be strong recruiters, but today definitely taught us that they're not miracle workers. Now, can they develop players?
