So how's everybody doing? My dog Barney and I are doing well.
Here is the one thing I do know. This virus is real. I respect it, but do not fear it. I'm helping with the testing and screening at Vanderbilt, but I am washing the skin off my hands, using hand sanitizers until it peels off of my hands and using gloves. I was given a N-95 by a very nice physician and swap it out every other day for a mask made by the mother in-law of one of my co-workers. Last, but not least I put on the Armor of God every morning. I pray not only for my friends and family, but the entire world. Perhaps more than ever we are drawn together by this unseen enemy that does not discriminate between, race, religion, sex or political affiliation.
With all that said, the single most important thing you can do is have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ. If you are a non-believer I encourage you to develop one. All you have to do is pray. If you don't know how to pray just start by talking to Him as a friend. He'll know who you are and you will get to know him. Stay safe everyone. God Bless!
