Just got tickets for me and my 9 and 7 year old boys for the Akron game. Section C. 50 yard line. 4th Row. I’ve been to probably 40 games but these may be the best seats I’ve had. They’ve been to lots of sporting events (Falcons, Braves, Hawks, Atlanta United), but there’s something special about that Neyland atmosphere. I briefly thought about about taking them to the Florida game and thought better of it. Can’t wait to show them where their parents lived, went to class, met for the first time, do the Vol walk, etc. The oldest is a sports nut. I could see him being hooked on the Vols forever. These are the moments I dreamed of when they were in diapers.
