Hey guys, if you want a temporary fix for the issue of having to click on "Alert" to see if someone responded to your thread (or to get that shot of dopamine when someone likes your post) all you need to do is:
1) Open up the GQ in it's own window in your browser.
2) Pull that window in from the side to about half the screen size.
That should make it act like it's in tablet/mobile mode and you can just hover over your avatar (or awful blue thing) so you can see your alerts.
