First you have ND, Pitt, Syracuse and BC. How does ND play and yet Indiana cannot. Pitt but not Penn State.
The conference spans half the country. How does Cuomo allow Miami to come to town when they have minimal restrictions down there? More active cases in Miami than half the ACC cities combined.
Then you have Duke and two "public Ivys" in Virginia and UNC. Do these schools want to be on the same page as Alabama or Stanford/Michigan?
